At CalSmartTech, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of both the product and its packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Products showing signs of use or damage caused by improper handling
